State of the Company
Edward Kwang, President of Netcellent, will deliver this
keynote speech to discuss the strategy of the company. Edward
will also discuss the future release of Elliott V7.7 and
V8.0 in this session.
Introduction to Elliott V7.3
Elliott V7.3 contains major improvements in Customer
Relationship Management (CRM), Warehouse Management
and Multi-Location Operations. Many fine-tune improvements
can be found throughout the system. This is a high
level session that introduces you to Elliott V7.3.
Export
Processor
Export Processor is like a built-in report writer
for Elliott. Major improvements in Export Processor
have taken place in Elliott V7.3. While it is not
a replacement for the report writer, it provides the
user an easy to use tool to extract Elliott data that
conforms to Elliott's security. You can empower your
team by giving them access to Export Processor and
extract a wealth of information in Elliott.

Presentation - Attribute Enhancement
You can easily expand Elliott's database without modification
by using Attributes. In this session, we will discuss
how you can use Attributes to design custom screens
for data collection. Attributes are well integrated
with Export Processor and we will show you how they
make each other even more powerful.
Elliott
Warehouse Management
The V7.3 release of Elliott is serious about Warehouse
Management. Many new features have been added, especially
in the area of multi-bin processing. We will demonstrate
typical warehouse operations from Receiving, Put Away,
Shipping, Picking, Production, Material Picking, and
Bin Consolidation to Physical Count.
eWarehouse
and Elliott Internet Solutions
eWarehouse is an extension of the Elliott Warehouse
Management solution that utilizes the Pocket PC with
a scanner for improving warehouse management. It is
an Internet based smart client solution, but does
not require constant connectivity. In this session,
we will also discuss other improvements to other Elliott
Internet solutions such as eStore, eOrders, Gateway
and Resellers Near You.

Sales, Marketing and Open Discussion
This is the reseller's only session for Sales &
Marketing issues with the Elliott Business Software.
At the end of this session, we will have an open discussion
of any issues that resellers would like to discuss.
Elliott
Automation
We will discuss various Elliott Automation Issues
including Deferred Processing, which is significantly
improved in Elliott V7.3. Various events work with
Deferred Processing that can be used to set up overnight
monitoring. We will also show you how to use Internal
and External Macros to gain efficiency and how to
use the tickler function.

Presentation - Available to Promise (ATP)
Available to Promise (ATP) is becoming an Elliott
real-time MRP solution. Elliott V7.3 supports BOMP
components for ATP. In addition, two more ATP categories
are added: ATP for transfer between locations and
ATP for PO Receiving. The ATP Inquiry Screen supports
drill down and the ATP Summary Report is an effective
tool for buyers to use for purchasing and to spot
exceptions.
Elliott
Customer Relationship Management
Elliott's eContact Manager was the center of Elliott's
CRM solution. With V7.3, eContact Processor replaces
eContact Manager and becomes the center of Elliott's
CRM. We will explain the reason why and show you various
different ways to use eContact Processor to extract
a contact list for Mass Email, Phone Campaign and
Fax Blast.
Document
Management with Elliott Links
Elliott V7.3 supports Automatic Program Link which
makes the setup of a link much easier. The link function
is now supported in COP Order Entry and A/P Voucher
Processing. This enables the customer purchase order
and vendor invoice to be scanned and stored digitally
on the computer system for future reference.

connectivity is a must. We will discuss the difference
between VPN (Virtual Private Network) and Terminal

Practice for Emails and Instant Message implementation.

You Need to Know about Pervasive
Pervasive V9.x has been released and Elliott V7.3
supports this version. What do you need to know about
Pervasive V9.x? We will discuss this and other products
like Audit Master, which audits the Elliott database
for changes that take place, and Backup Agent, which
helps you to run a 24x7 organization.

We will discuss various functions in Elliott Shipment
Processing including, Shipping Verification, UCC-128
Label Support, Starship integration, Shipping Data
Update, Shipping Email Acknowledgements, Manifest

Events are a powerful feature in Elliott, yet they
are only understood by a few users. Therefore, few
users are able take advantage of them. This session
will teach you the basics of Events so you can start
making use of this powerful feature.
Barcode
Printing in Elliott
There are several ways to print barcodes in Elliott:
(1) Use the Laser Template function to print barcodes
on documents like Picking Tickets, Packing Slips,
Production Orders, Transfer Tickets, Invoices, etc.
(2) Elliott supports printing item barcode labels
on certain models of Avery laser labels. (3) Many
flexible and professional looking labels can be printed
through a CSV file interface with barcode label software
like Bartender. In this session, we will explain how
we accomplish these.
Support
Issues in Elliott
In this session, we are going to discuss the most
commonly encountered problems in the support area
and show you the solution.
How
to Use Elliott DDF files for Reporting
You may use Elliott DDF files to define an ODBC interface
and retrieve the data by tools like Crystal Report
or Excel. In this session, we will demonstrate how
to setup ODBC for Elliott. Security issues will be
discussed in detail. We are also going to show you
how to use Views, which are predefined link tables,
and how to define a view so you can create your own
custom views.
