Audit Trail Report

The Audit Trail Report can be printed at any time showing all additions, changes and deletions to the Product Structure File.

Select Audit Trail Report from the pull down BOMP Maintenance window. The following screen will be displayed:

The following options are available:

* Select the desired mode from the Audit Trail Report menu bar

* Enter the data requested on the screen

To return to the menu bar, press the ESC or F10 key. To leave this application, press X for EXIT when positioned at the menu bar.

Name	Type and Description
1. Starting Item No	15 alphanumeric characters. Enter the item number of the first item for which you wish to print an Audit Trail Report. Default is All.
2. Ending Item No	15 alphanumeric characters. Enter the item number of the last item for which you wish to print an Audit Trail Report. Default is the starting item number.
3. Starting Date	A date in the standard date format. Enter the starting date in the range you want to print, or press RETURN to default to All dates.
4. Ending Date	A date in the standard date format. Enter the ending date in the range you want to print. The default is the starting date.
5. Purge File ?	Y or N. Enter Y to purge the file or N to decline. Default is N.
